I know theres the rp_setmoney command.
But how would I add money to a wallet?
Even when the player is offline?
    for example:

I have 1000 dollars in my wallet I go into console and type rp_addmoney pvt 9000
then my wallet will update to 10000.

The rp_setmoney just sets the players money.

You're not asking for help. You're asking for code. Which is the least of anyones priority here. It's a command you can make in two seconds even without lua knowledge as long as you read the wiki's function page. Use this board for error solving not for using hospitality to upgrade your code. addMoney(activator, amount) is the function. To get you started.

It exists, but it's slightly hidden
    to add money:
    rp_setmoney player amount +

    to remove money:
    rp_setmoney player amount -
